• Our guided curriculum first establishes foundational knowledge on equipment, regulations and common missions. We build on top of that and provide equipment specific training. Following just a few hours of online coursework, participants are ready for more advanced hands-on training.

1. Foundational Knowledge - The platform includes the foundational trainings all operators need. We deliver these on-demand, so students can learn at their own pace. Managers can track progress and see when pilots have completed courses (with manager dashboard enhancement).
   
   
2. System Specific Certifications - Our guided curriculum takes operators through the foundational knowledge then into specific system operations. These courses cover basic operation, user interface, software updates, battery care, basic maintenance and payload training. Operators can be trained on multiple systems, and managers can see their certifications on the manager dashboard.
   
   
3. Mission Specific Trainings - This step involves hands on operation of the system. The earlier courses are taught on-demand and virtual, in order to develop operating proficiency, these courses are taught in-person. Pilots training certificates are still tracked in manager dashboard. In some case RMUS trainings will provide these trainings, in other cases our clients handle these trainings. The value of the RMUS HUB is taking the operator development process off of the managers, so they can focus on detailed mission specific trainings unique to each organization.
