Our services offer “rental” of the RMUS team, equipment, payloads and software.

Initial Use Case(s) Evaluation
RMUS can help evaluate your intended uses. We will recommend the best use-cases that will provide ability to scale the solution within your organization. We can test certain payloads, software, tasks, etc., to ensure the solution will work in your specific scenario(s).
Implementation Planning
The RMUS team will work with your team to understand your unique operating environment, mission requirements and data collection needs. During this process we can recommend additional payloads, software, radio systems, etc. that will be needed to accomplish your goal.
Consulting & Documentation
RMUS will provide a detailed documentation for implementation staging, scope of work and proof of concept testing. After testing we consult with your team for project viability. We have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars by finding out, prior a large capital investment, that the equipment was not viable.
Onboarding
When a project is found viable, we then move toward onboarding. This onboarding process is customized for each solution deployment, with trainings hosted in the RMUS HUB implementation platform. Online and On-Site/In-Person RMUS support team arrives on-site with for initial training, solution setup and mission planning.
Ongoing Program Support
RMUS technicians provide support for issues that may arise. Our team can provide advice for certain operational situations. RMUS will check-in with you and have routine meetings to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met and the program is successful.
